Various different components are receiving random restart due to resource exhaustion which leads to cascading infrastructure failue. Which leads to increased "Service Unavailable" response and websocket connections being randomly disconnected.
The resulting instability in websocket connections leads to gap in data collected by Laboperator connector boxes from Aug 7th 5:30 pm - Aug 8th 11:00 am CEST.
We understand that our customers rely on us to provide reliable services. Hence, we've put additional measure in our infrastructure monitoring to help protect us against similar issue in the future. We deeply apologize for the issue.
