Our data processing infrastructure is running behind which is causing delay in processing of data points. Since it happens overnight, we reacted to late to the incident, which subsequently leads to storage overflow in one of the messaging system replica. This leads to the unfortunate incident on which data coming in after the storage overflowed until we manage to recover the service being discarded.
The platform are now recovered, and we'll continue to monitor for any potential issue. We deeply apologize for the issue and the inconvenience it may caused.
